What is your return policy? Hello DarckyHairandaccessories does not accept returns. All sales are final. What is your exchange policy? DarckyHairandaccessories There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant within 30 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before an exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered in order to be reimbursed. Each order is packaged with love & care, but unfortunately things do get tossed around during the shipment process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
What if my product is damaged/defective?
If you receive your order and it is damaged/defective please email us at DarckyHairandaccessories27@gmail.com Please include your name, order number and picture of your damaged/defective order. We will be sure to get back to you within 1-3 business days. What if I thought the appearance of my item was going to be different? Unfortunately, all sales are final. Please review the item's description before purchase. What address do I ship my exchange to? To exchange your product, please Email US. Be sure to include the full name that your order was originally placed under. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. What if I never received my item? We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave the facility . If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). We will provide you with the address , shipping carrier information, tracking information and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping carrier.
SHIPPING POLICY HOW LONG IS SHIPPING? Shipping can take up to 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE PROCESSING PERIOD. Most times our items ship out extremely fast, but please keep in mind they can take up to 5-10 BUSINESS DAY after your processing period. HOW DOES THIS WORK? Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24-72 hour processing period (up to 3 FULL BUSINESS DAYS). This time frame does not count towards your business days for shipping and tracking. Business days are not weekends nor holidays. Once your processing period clears, your ORDER'S business days begin. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with around/on the 4 OR 5 business day. Once you receive your tracking number, give it a few hours to update into the USPS system. Shipping takes an additional 1-3 business days depending on your location. In total, shipping take 5-7 or 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. WHAT ARE BUSINESS DAYS? Business days do not include weekends or holidays. *Expedited shipping is not available for these items. We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Saturday (excluding WEDNESDAYS & holidays). At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday, Wednesday or holidays. Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments. Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received. In the event there is an issue you will receive an email notification of these details Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options. • We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. • We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by you as the customer.
